After years of my experience in the food industry and more recently the health and fitness industry I've compiled a philosophy that has worked for me and now my clients I have trained over the years. Having the experience of losing a substantial amount of weight myself and changing my overall body image I am happy to share this lifestyle with others.
“Fuel for the body, food for the soul”. 60% of your success in this philosophy is due to what you put in your mouth! Fuel for the body! It is also important to be aware at what time of the day you feed the machine. You can give everything you have in training and exercise but if you’re not fueling your body properly you won’t see the same results.
In conjunction with 60% healthy eating, 40% is exercise and giving 100% to your training, whatever that 100% is on a given day, don’t give up. It’s within this combination that I feel you get to your goals and create a healthy lifestyle at the same time.
I've said it over and over, there is no such thing as “diet”, it’s a balance…a healthy way to live and look at food. Not only balance in your day to day but in each meal, a balance of fats, carbs, proteins, and whole, natural foods.
